If the car is stolen, the position keeps coming through. With the anti-theft option the system is linked to an INCERT-approved monitoring centre that takes over.

No more calls to find out how an appointment is going. The position and the arrival time are visible, without disturbing the driver at the wheel.
What the employer sees, and what they do not
This is the first question a driver asks, and it is a fair one. A company car is also used at the weekend, and nobody wants to be followed on holiday.
Private mode answers that. The driver switches to private in one move, and the trips that follow no longer appear in the reports. The employer sees that a private trip took place, not where it went.

Do you need full fleet management?
Often not. Below about ten vehicles, position, the trip register and anti-theft cover most of the need. The rest comes when the fleet grows.

Company cars and the 2026 tax rules
Since January 2026 Belgian taxation has pushed company cars towards zero emission. Companies are electrifying, and new questions come with it: what range do we really get on the trips that matter, what does a kilometre actually cost, where do drivers charge.

Frequently asked questions
Do my drivers have to be informed?
Yes, and it is an obligation, not a courtesy. The GDPR requires you to inform drivers of the purpose of the tracking and of their rights. We supply the wording to include in your record of processing and in your internal policy.
Can I fit a single car?
Yes. Our customers run from one vehicle to several hundred. For one car the tracker and the trip register are usually enough, with anti-theft as an option.
What happens if the driver leaves the company?
The unit stays on the vehicle and follows the car, not the person. You reassign the vehicle in the platform, and the previous driver's history stays available for as long as your retention period allows.
