Certifications
In after-theft protection, INCERT approval is not a decorative logo: it is what makes your installation valid in the eyes of your insurer. Here is how we meet that requirement, and exactly what it covers.
INCERT, the Belgian benchmark for after-theft systems
INCERT is the Belgian body that certifies vehicle security systems, their installers and monitoring stations. After-theft systems are classified into TT categories, and insurers refer to them explicitly in their terms: above a certain vehicle value, generally around EUR 60,000 excluding VAT, an after-theft system connected to an INCERT-approved monitoring station is required to cover theft.
We connect our after-theft systems to a partner monitoring station, INCERT-approved under number TB-0004. It receives the alerts 24/7 and coordinates the response. Official information on the certification scheme is available at incert.be.
The mounting certificate
After every installation we issue the official mounting certificate, drawn up in Nivelles. It is the document your insurer requires as contractual proof.
- Identification of the vehicle and the installed system
- System category and connected monitoring station
- Date and place of installation, functional check
Data protection: GDPR taken seriously
Vehicle tracking touches on drivers' privacy. Our systems are designed so that your use stays within the rules.
- Private/business mode: the driver hides personal trips with one click
- Masking is automatically lifted in case of towing, disconnection or accident
- Data hosted and processed in line with the GDPR, with documented purposes
- Elements ready to include in your record of processing activities
