We do not sell or rent your data. It is only passed to the technical providers required to run the site and the email service, under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
Our customers' tracking data
The data produced by the tracking systems installed for our customers (positions, trips, vehicle data) is processed under the service contract, on behalf of the customer, who remains the data controller towards their drivers. Our systems include a private/business mode to protect drivers' privacy. The detailed arrangements are set out in the contractual documentation provided to each customer.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability provided for by the GDPR. To exercise them, write to info@tracker4fleet.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted encrypted and processed on systems with restricted access.
